FIR against Bigg Boss winner & YouTuber Elvish Yadav for rave party with snake venom, poisonous snakes
An FIR has been registered against Bigg Boss winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav by Noida Police. As per reports he is accused of smuggling and illegally organising rave parties.
Why Elvish Yadav has been arrested?
According to a report by India Today, Noida Police arrested five people from Sector 49 in connection with a rave party.
The rave party was busted following raids by the Drugs Department, Forest Department and Noida Police.
During the raid in Noida sector 49, on Friday, nine snakes, including five cobras were recovered. Police also seized about 20 ml of snake venom.
The name of Elvish Yadav came up when the five arrested people, during the questioning, revealed that they used to supply snakes to parties by the Bigg Boss OTT2 winner.
A report by Aaj Tak said the FIR has been lodged by the Animal Welfare Officer of People for Animals, Gaurav Gupta.
Gupta said the information about such activities was being received in Noida and it was revealed that Elvish Yadav, along with some people, used to shoot videos with live snakes in the farm houses of Noida-NCR.
Also, there were reports of the YouTuber organising rave parties illegally.
