WATCH: Indian Coast Guard evacuates Chinese national from research vessel after he complains of chest pain
The Indian Coast Guard on Wednesday carried out a mid-sea medical evacuation of a Chinese national aboard a Panama-flagged research vessel MV Dong Fang Kan Tan No 2, around 200 km in Arabian sea.
“The vessel was en-route from China to UAE, when the patient complained of chest pain and symptoms of cardiac arrest,” the Indian Coast Guard said in a statement.

“The operation was undertaken by CG ALH and CGAS Daman during the dark hours,” it added.
