AIMA MAT February exam results declared on mat.aima.in; here’s how you can check scores

The results for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) February exam have been released by the All India Management Association (AIMA) on Friday, 2 April. Candidates can check their scorecards by visiting the official website mat.aima.in.

Students can check and download the result by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website, https://ift.tt/2PWAYW3

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘Download/View’ section

Step 3: On the new page, click on ‘MAT Results’

Step 4: Now, click on the ‘February 2021’ option

Step 5: Log in using your credentials

Step 6: AIMA MAT February exam result will be displayed on the screen

Step 7: Check, download and take a printout, if required

AIMA has also announced the schedule for the May 2021 MAT exam. Candidates who are graduates in any discipline or are in the final year are eligible to apply. They can choose to take MAT as following:

(i) Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT)

(ii) Double Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT)

(iii) Paper Based Test (PBT)

(iv) Paper-Based Test and Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (PBT+IBT)

(v) Computer Based Test (CBT)

(vi) Computer Based Test and Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (CBT+IBT)

(viii) Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test (PBT+CBT)

Students can check all the other relevant information on https://ift.tt/2PWAYW3.

For Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT), Computer Based Test (CBT), and Paper Based Test (PBT), the fee is Rs 1,650.

If a candidate is applying for Double Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT) or PBT+IBT or CBT+IBT, the fees will be Rs 2,750.

The association conducts the MAT four times a year - in February, May, September, and December. It is a national-level exam for postgraduate management courses. More than 600 B-schools across India and overseas, select the candidates on the basis of the MAT score.

New coronavirus variant emerge in India: How should our COVID response change?

After genome sequencing of over 10,000 COVID-19 cases in India, researchers have discovered a new variant with two new mutations which may be better at evading the immune system. In 15-20 percent of samples from the Indian state of Maharashtra (the state accounting for 62 percent of cases in the country) a new, double mutation in key areas of the virus has been detected. These are now known as the E484Q and L452R mutations. What makes the variant different? Both these mutations are concerning because they are located in a key portion of the virus – the spike protein – that it uses to penetrate human cells. Spike proteins attach via a “receptor binding domain”, meaning the virus can attach to receptors in our cells. These new mutations include changes to the spike protein that make it a “better fit” for human cells. This means the virus can gain entry more easily and multiply faster. Aditya L1 Mission: Spacecraft is nearing its final phase, says ISRO chief

Aditya L1 spacecraft is nearing its final phase, and manoeuvres to enter the L1 point are expected to be completed by January 7, 2024, according to ISRO Chairman S Somanath. “Aditya is on the way. I think it has reached almost its final phase,” the ISRO chief told PTI on the sidelines of an event organised at VSSC to commemorate the 60th year of the First Sounding Rocket Launch. Aditya L1, India’s first space-based mission to study the Sun, was successfully launched on September 2 from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) in Sriharikota. The spacecraft, after travelling about 1.5 million km from Earth over 125 days, is expected to be placed in a Halo orbit around the Lagrangian point L1, considered closest to the Sun.
