Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter to extend his greetings on Independence Day by quoting the father of nation Mahatma Gandhi. He said that independence will be complete only when the practice of truth and nonviolence prevails.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
