Jharkhand mob lynching: 11 arrested for 'beating' 24-year-old Tabrez Ansari to death, 2 cops suspended; SIT formed to probe case

Eleven people were arrested on Monday in connection with the death of a 24-year-old man, who was thrashed by a mob here for alleged theft and is seen in a purported video being forced to chant 'Jai Shri Ram' and 'Jai Hanuman', police said. A special investigation team has been set up to look into the death of Tabrez Ansari. Two police personnel were suspended in connection with the incident.
