Rafale case: SC poses questions on waiver of sovereign guarantee and no tech transfer, reserves verdict on review pleas

The Supreme Court reserved its verdict on pleas, including the one filed by former Union ministers Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie and activist lawyer Prashant Bhushan, seeking review of its 14 December, 2018 judgment which gave clean chit to the Centre's Rafale deal to procure jets from the French firm, Dassault.
