Cyclone Fani, the worst storm to hit the Indian subcontinent in 20 years and which left at least eight people dead in India, weakened into a 'deep depression' and lay centered over Bangladesh on Saturday morning, after it moved further north-east from West Bengal, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said
