Lok Sabha Election 2019; Model Code of Conduct Watch: In response to a notice from the Election Commission of India, DD News is learnt to have defended its decision to run Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 1.24-hour public address - 'Main Bhi Chowkidar' - in full on 31 March on the grounds of its "high news value".
