Senior Congress leader S Jaipal Reddy on Thursday claimed that Rafale negotiations were brought to an "advanced stage" during UPA regime but the Modi government "delayed" the deal.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
