The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Bill, 2019 that seeks to expand the list of Scheduled Tribes (ST) in Assam is hanging like the Sword of Damocles over the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led coalition government headed by Sarbananda Sonowal.
