Bill proposing 10% quota for the general category's poor may finally douse anger against Mandal Commission

Unlike the Mandal Commission's report, the 10% quota move is unlikely to see protests as it includes benefits for the general category poor, including Jats, Marathas, Gujjars, Banias, Thakurs and Kammas, as well Muslims and Christians.
