Mid-air collision of 3 international flights averted in Delhi; aviation authorities to summon pilots for probe

The collisions between the three flights - Dutch carrier KLM, Taiwan's Eva Air, and US-based National Airlines were averted on 23 December following multiple auto-generated warnings by the Air Traffic Control (ATC). The three foreign airlines were flying almost at the same level which is a clear violation of mandatory separation.
