Supreme Court dismisses plea seeking use of ballot paper instead of EVMs for Lok Sabha and state Assembly polls

A three-judge Supreme Court bench rejected the PIL, which highlighted the vulnerability of EVMs over ballot paper, saying that every system and machine is capable to be used and misused.
