Supreme Court Alok Verma case hearing: Dushyant Dave argues that Nageshwar Rao's posting as interim CBI chief be set aside

CBI director Alok Verma - who was divested of all duties by the Centre and sent on leave following charges of corruption against him - told the Supreme Court on Thursday that he was appointed for a fixed tenure of two years and that he cannot even be transferred without an approval from the selection committee.
