'No, Mr Attorney, I don't think we could've used Rafale in Kargil War': Govt's hypothetical defence shut down by CJI Ranjan Gogoi

While defending the Centre's controversial Rafale deal with France's Dassault Aviation, attorney general KK Venugopal said that the number of casualties in the Kargil War would have been much lesser, had the Rafale jets been used then.
