Noting India's vibrant democracy the Madras High Court judge observed if media is stifled then India will become a Nazi State and the hard labour of our freedom-fighters and makers of our Constitution will go down the drain.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
