Air India suspends operations chief for 3 years after he fails breathalyser test for second time; move delays Delhi-London flight by hour

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had suspended Air India pilot Arvind Kathpalia in 2017 for three months after he had skipped a compulsory pre-flight medical test on several occasions.
