SC modifies order on bursting crackers, allows Tamil Nadu govt to decide two-hour window to celebrate Diwali for state

The Supreme Court refused to extend the hours to burst crackers in Tamil Nadu, but gave the state the freedom to decide which two hours firecrackers could be burst in the state on Diwali.
