Muzaffarpur shelter home rapes: Supreme Court asks Brajesh Thakur why he shouldn't be transferred out of Bihar jail

Brajesh Thakur is the prime accused in the Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case, where 34 minor girls were raped in state-funded shelter homes which were run by the Seva Sankalp Evam Vikash Samiti, an NGO owned by Thakur.
