A ban on women in Sabarimala was no social evil, but a matter of faith. The Supreme Court should have left the faith to the believers.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
