Madras HC stays government order on admission in minority institutions, posts matter for further hearing in two weeks

Justice SS Sundar granted the interim stay while admitting a petition seeking to quash the government order for minority institutions, which also fixed the upper limit of 75 percent in respect to aided institutions.
