India, Pakistan among 5 Asian countries which saw 59% of all terrorist attacks in 2017, says US report

The total number of terrorist attacks worldwide last year decreased by 23 percent. Similarly, the total deaths due to terrorist violence decreased by 27 percent, according to the report.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
