Former union minister Mullappally Ramachandran appointed new president of Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee

General Secretary of All India Congress Committee, Ashok Ghelot on Wednesday had announced the appointment of Mullapally Ramachandran as the new Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president.
