Allahabad HC directs police against 'routine' arrest of four people booked for assaulting Dalit woman, says code must be followed

The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday told the police that they could not arrest four people booked for assaulting a Dalit woman and her daughter without following the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) provisions.
