AIMIM corporator Sayyad Mateen who opposed resolution to pay tribute to Vajpayee jailed for alleged bootlegging

Sayyad Mateen Sayyad Rashid, an All-India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) corporator in Aurangabad, was sent to jail for a year under the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders and Dangerous Persons (MPDA) Act.
