After two adjournments in a month, Supreme Court to hear petitions challenging validity of Article 35A today

A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court on Friday will hear petitions challenging the constitutional validity of Article 35A which bars on residents of Jammu and Kashmir from purchasing land in the state. Two such hearings have been adjourned twice this month.
