The Supreme Court on Friday has admitted the appeals by CBI against the acquittal of Nupur and Rajesh Talwar in the murder of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj in 2008.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
