UP railway officials taken by surprise as goods train wagon from Tamil Nadu arrives four years late with fertiliser worth Rs 14 lakh

A goods train wagon carrying 1,316 bags of Di-ammonium Phosphate (DAP) fertilizer was booked on 10 November, 2014. When it reached Basti railway station in Uttar Pradesh from Vishakhapatnam on Wednesday around 3.30 pm, even the rail officials and staff were taken by surprise.
