Former Uttar Pradesh chief ministers Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav have withdrawn their petitions regarding the issue of vacating their bungalows from the Supreme Court.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
