Santacruz recorded 38 millimetres of rain in the last three hours. Meanwhile, in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that a total of 11 places were waterlogged in the city and the disaster management officials were taking efforts to provide assistance to locals.
