Judge Loya case: Supreme Court dismisses review plea filed by Bombay Lawyers Association

On 19 April, the Supreme Court had decided that judge Loya had died of natural causes and there were no suspicious circumstances that would merit a further inquiry.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
