CRY says 23 million children between 15 and 18 yrs working in India, 19 million dropped out of school

The report by the Child Rights and You (CRY) said about 9.2 million children in the age group of 15-19 years are married and 2.4 million girls in the age group are mothers.

There was action and drama in Jharkhand on Wednesday night. Hemant Soren, the state’s chief minister, resigned from his post, and was subsequently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.
