Alwar lynching case: Rajasthan Police admits 'error in judgement', says officials thought victim's condition wasn't serious

The probe panel set up by Rajasthan Police said it was not a case of "custodial death" and whatever happened on the part of the local police was an "error of judgement" in responding to the situation.
