'Pakistan will face defeat in its proxy war against India', says Rajnath Singh at National Defence Academy in Pune

Pune (Maharashtra) : Defence Minister Rajnath Singh accused Pakistan of waging a "proxy war" against India in the form of terrorism, assuring that the neighbouring country will be defeated in its prospect. Colombo: Sri Lanka president Gotabaya Rajapaksa on Friday assured that his country will take steps to release the Indian fishermen's boats which are in the island nation's custody. Addressing media after holding talks with Modi, Gotabaya said, "Prime Minister Narendra Modi and I discussed several important topics this morning. The discussion was  extremely cordial and reassuring. Among these the cooperation in regard to the security of our two countries took priority." "We discussed in length the fishermen issue. We will take steps to release the boats belonging to India in our custody," he added. Body of 27-yr-old found on outskirts of Hyderabad: Telangana home minister queries why victim 'didn't dial 100 first'

The burnt body of a woman veterinary doctor was on Thursday found at Shadnagar outskirts in Telangana's Ranga Reddy district, near Hyderabad reported ANI.  As per the preliminary probe, the police suspect that the doctor was sexually assaulted before being charred to death. The body was later identified as 27-year-old government veterinary doctor. CNN-News18  reported on Friday that Telangana home minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali, seemingly blaming the victim, wondered: "Why didn't she dial 100 first?
